We stand behind everything we make; if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to any Patagonia store or our online portal for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Generate and print a prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a $5.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Pack Your Gear
Place your items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
