How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status by logging into your account or visiting our Order Tracking page with your order number and email address.

Yes, we encourage repairing gear over buying new. Our Worn Wear program handles repairs for a nominal fee or free of charge depending on the item's condition and the nature of the repair.

What are your shipping rates and timelines?

We offer standard ground shipping (3-10 business days), two-day, and next-day shipping options. Shipping is free on orders over a certain threshold, which is specified during the checkout process.

How can I return an item?

Returns can be made by mail or at any Patagonia retail store. We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for a small fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Items must be in new or functional condition.
